Changed description after my complaint

The desk itself was easy to assembly. For the price I can’t complain about the quality. BUT when I ordered it the description was BEECH effect and the photos matched this in my mind. When it arrived and was oak effect I simply thought it was a mistake so contacted customer services (who I haven’t been able to contact since) who basically ignored what I said and had sent them and blamed me.
Product good, company not.

The drawer is .issing the ply from the bottom that forms the base . Other than that it's a good desk easy to build and fairly sturdy
