  • DPD: For most standard items.
  • DX Freight: For larger items.
  • BJS: Specialized 2-man delivery service for select items.

DPD Delivery:

  • Delivery within 2 working days from dispatch.
  • Tracking details provided for real-time updates.
  • Receive a precise 1-hour delivery window via text or email on the morning of your scheduled delivery.

DX Freight Delivery:

  • Delivery timeframe: 5-7 days post-dispatch.

BJS Delivery:

  • Personalised 2-man delivery service.
  • The courier will reach out within 48 hours of dispatch to schedule a specific delivery time.
  • Delivery timeframe: 7-10 days post-dispatch.

Note: "Dispatch" refers to the moment we hand over your product to our delivery partner, not its arrival at your doorstep.
