At House & Homestyle, we offer FREE delivery across all of our products. Please see below for FAQ’s on our delivery service.

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery

At House & Homestyle, all of our orders include FREE standard delivery. Unlike some other sites, we have no hidden extra’s, the price you see is the price you pay.

With the standard delivery service, your order will be delivered within 3-4 working days from the date of your order. It will be delivered by our trusted third party couriers.

Within 1-2 working days of your order, you will receive a unique tracking number to enable you to track your order. On the day of delivery, the tracking number should show you an approximate time frame for delivery.

Express Delivery

At House & Homestyle, we offer our customers the option to receive your order quicker! Our express delivery option enables you to receive your order within 2-3 working days from the date of your order. It will be delivered by our trusted third party couriers.

Within 24 working hours of your order, you will receive a unique tracking number to enable you to track your order. On the day of delivery, the tracking number should show you an approximate time frame for delivery.

Delivery FAQ's

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a delivery tracking number and information on where you will be able to track your delivery.

What happens if I miss the delivery?

All deliveries will be made via courier service and a signature is needed. Please make sure someone is at the delivery address who will be able to do this. If you do miss your delivery, the courier should leave a calling card and attempt delivery the following working day. The courier will do this on three consecutive working days unless they’re informed by you or us. If after three failed deliveries, the parcel will be returned back to us. If this happens, we’ll charge you for any return and refund the difference from the order.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If your item is damaged upon delivery then please contact us straight away and we will look to rectify the issue for you. We will ask you to send us a photograph of the damage to info@houseandhomestyle.co.uk

Returns

You can return any item that you’ve ordered online from houseandhomestyle.co.uk (by post or recorded courier) for a refund within 28 days of the despatch date.

In case of faulty goods, the initial postage and packaging charge, as well as any return postage cost incurred is refundable unless informed otherwise. Goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please ensure that you package them well to prevent any damage in shipping. In all cases, except where an item is faulty, goods returned must be in their original condition and will be inspected on arrival.

Please obtain a receipt for your return package at the Post Office counter, which can be used to track the item(s) you are returning, should for some reason they not arrive at our warehouse. We cannot accept liability for returned goods that we fail to receive, or for those that get damaged when shipped to us.

In the rare instance that incorrect items were sent to you that do not conform to your original order, we will despatch replacement products and we will reimburse your initial delivery charge and return postage. Please return the items to us using a recorded or tracked delivery service, or by standard Royal Mail (retaining your proof of postage).

Delivery charge refunds can only be made in accordance with your legal rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and other applicable legislation. For further information about your legal rights contact your local authority Trading Standards department.
