What is FSC?
FSC® is an independent non-governmental organisation that developed the first forest products certification system. It aims to promote responsible management of forests so that they can meet the needs of present and future generations. 

Delivery:


How do I track my order(s) and see my order history?
We will notify you via text/email once the order has been dispatched and you will receive the relevant tracking information to be able to follow the progress of your delivery. If you require assistance with the delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us by filling out our Customer Service form so that this can be sent to the relevant team.


Can I collect my order?
Unfortunately, we do not offer click and collect options at this point as we are an online-based company. 


After ordering, when will I receive my package?
You will receive a notification via email with an estimated delivery date, but we deliver out within 3-5 working days.


Do you deliver outside UK Mainland?
We deliver all over the UK except to the Isle of Man and Guernsey. 


I have ordered more than one item; will they be delivered together?
This depends on the courier; however, we aim to get them to you on the same day.


Can I change my delivery date?
Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change delivery dates once they have been sent out.


Do you deliver internationally? 
We cannot deliver outside of the UK at this present time, but this is something we are hoping to change for future purchases.

What’s your returns policy?
We have a return policy up to 28 days.


My item has arrived damaged/faulty/with parts missing. What’s next?
We are very sorry if your item arrives damaged, please do contact us via our Customer Service form -  Our team will assist you as soon as possible. 

Assembling and instructions:


Can you arrange assembly?
Unfortunately, we do not currently have an assembly service in place. This is something we are looking at for future purchases. If you do use a third-party assembly service, please note that we are not liable for any charges made as this is undertaken at your own discretion.


How do I find the dimensions?
You can acquire the correct dimensions on the website.


Where do I find the instruction manual?
The Dimensions are typically found in the product box, if they are nowhere to be found you can contact us via our Customer Service form with the full product name. Our team will assist you as soon as possible.
